My Suumer learning Spanish with Euroace in Valencia

In 2015, I spent a wonderful summer in Spain. The week I spent in Valencia was particularly unforgettable! I joined a one-week intensive Spanish course for beginner in Euroace. Carlos is an amazing teacher who is fun and patient. I had great fun in class with Carlos and three other classmates: Remssin, Thomas and Nicolas. We learnt Spanish through games and drama play, which were interactive and interesting!

My experience in Euroace was great. Staffs in Euroace were so friendly and helpful. Also, I met many friends from all over the world (like Germany, Italy, France, Macao, Norway, etc.) After class, we organized activities like going to the beach El Saler or going out for drinks and clubs in the evening. We also joined the language café organized by Euroace every Thursday. In the event, we had more opportunities to practice our Spanish.

During the week, I stayed in a local family with a decent and lovely old lady. At home, we talked to each other only in Spanish every meal we had together. She was so caring and loving which made me feel like home. Indeed, she prepared traditional Spanish dishes for me. One of my favourite was tortilla de patata. It was so yummy!

I like Valencia. The city is so rich in history. If you are going to Valencia, I would definitely suggest you joining a free walking city tour. In the tour, you will know better the history of the city and some interesting untold stories about the streets and buildings.
